1. Definitions

"Intan Edge" or "we" refers to the business operating under the name Intan Edge, located at 3 Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

"Participant" or "you" refers to any individual who enquires about, registers for, or attends any Intan Edge programme.

"Programme" refers to any structured educational engagement offered by Intan Edge, including the Salary Structuring Awareness Session, Annuity and Pension Education Course, and Financial Stewardship Programme.

"Materials" refers to templates, workbooks, notes, matrices, or other written or digital resources provided as part of a programme.

"Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with any programme-specific confirmation communicated to you upon enrolment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry or registration through our website or other channels, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that the participant agrees to these terms.

3. Programme Description and Availability

Intan Edge offers educational programmes on personal finance topics relevant to the Malaysian context. Programmes are described on our website and in programme-specific communications. We reserve the right to update programme content from time to time to reflect changes in regulations, products, or educational best practice.

Programme availability is subject to cohort formation. We may defer or combine cohorts where minimum participant numbers are not met. Where this occurs, enrolled participants will be notified and offered an alternative date or a full refund of any fees paid.

Our programmes are delivered in Malaysia and are designed primarily for Malaysian residents. Geographic or other restrictions may apply for certain delivery formats.

4. Enrolment and Confirmation

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Intan Edge. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute enrolment until you receive an explicit confirmation from us.

Participants are required to complete a brief pre-session intake form before the first session. This information assists the facilitator in tailoring the programme appropriately and is kept confidential.

5. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of GST/SST where applicable at the time of enrolment. Current fees are:

• Salary Structuring Awareness Session — RM 660
• Annuity and Pension Education Course — RM 1,800
• Financial Stewardship Programme — RM 3,280

Payment is due before the first session of any programme unless a deferred payment arrangement has been confirmed in writing by Intan Edge. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrolment confirmation.

Intan Edge reserves the right to adjust programme fees. Any fee change will not affect confirmed enrolments for which payment has already been received.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

• Cancellation made 14 or more calendar days before the first session: full refund of fees paid.
• Cancellation made 7–13 calendar days before the first session: 50% refund of fees paid.
• Cancellation made fewer than 7 calendar days before the first session: no refund, but a transfer to the next available cohort may be arranged at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Intan Edge: If we cancel a session or programme for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

7. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants.
• Use materials provided solely for your personal educational purposes.
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Intan Edge.
• Maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared by other participants during sessions.
• Not distribute or reproduce programme materials, in whole or in part, without written permission from Intan Edge.

8. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including templates, workbooks, comparison matrices, and session content, are the intellectual property of Intan Edge. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own financial education purposes.

Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or redistribution of programme materials is not permitted.

9. Educational Purpose and No Financial Advice

Intan Edge programmes are designed for educational purposes. The content we provide is general financial information and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Facilitators do not recommend specific financial products or services.

Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial planner, tax advisor, or legal professional before making financial decisions based on information received in any programme.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Intan Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your participation in a programme or use of materials provided, including any financial decisions you make as a result of programme content.

Our liability to any participant shall not exceed the total fees paid by that participant for the relevant programme.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

12. Termination

Intan Edge reserves the right to withdraw a participant from a programme without refund if that participant behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful manner toward other participants or facilitators. In such cases, we will act proportionately and communicate the decision in writing.

Participants may withdraw at any time subject to the cancellation and refund terms described in Section 6.

13. Dispute Resolution

We hope that any concerns can be resolved through direct communication. If you have a complaint, please contact us at legal@intanedges and we will attempt to address it within 14 working days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

14. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Intan Edge in relation to programme participation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued participation following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
